So, sorry for not putting up a SOTD yesterday, I really, really, had no time. I was at Warped ;) And since Warped started yesterday, I’ll just have one more band on the tour for the heck of it. Yesterday’s song would have been “She Takes Me High” by We The Kings. Although their newest album, Smile Kid, isn’t very good, this song is a healthy exception. The acoustic version is also great. In fact, it really emphasizes Travis’ voice and his voice is even more amazing without all the other effects in the official version. Lyrics:
